How to use the Environ Store 1. BROWSE AND SHOP: Our store's newest items are listed on the main page. The complete catalog can be accessed through the category navigation at the left: "CD," "Vinyl" and "Stuff" ("Stuff" is our catch-all phrase for anything outside of CD and vinyl, including T-shirts, posters, and collectible and one-off items). For more detail on any item, including audio samples of records and larger images of T-shirts, just click the "Read More" button to be taken to the product's detail page. 2. ADD ITEMS YOU WANT TO YOUR SHOPPING CART: Add items you want to buy to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button underneath the item. This will add the item and take you to the Cart page where you can see the item in your shopping cart. On the Cart page you can change quantities by pressing the "+" or "-" buttons (to remove an item, hit the "-" button until the item disappears). To keep shopping, click on any of the category navigation to the left or simply click the "<<Keep Shopping" button at the bottom of the Cart page. 3. FINISHING UP: Once you are finished shopping, if you are not already on the Cart page, click "Cart" from the left-side navigation. Once on the Cart page, select your ship-to country from the "Select Country" menu (US residents must also select their state from this menu) and click "Update." This will display your shipping cost and update your order's total. Click "Checkout" and enter your customer and shipping details (important: your email address and password will function as your account details for future Environ Store orders, so you can skip entering your shipping information each time). If you are an existing customer, simply login using your email address and password. After you have entered all of your customer details, click "Checkout" (existing customers, click "Proceed" after entering your email and password). 4. PAYMENT: After clicking "Checkout" (or "Proceed") a confirmation of your order will be emailed to the email address you supplied. You will be brought to a page with a Paypal "Buy Now" button on it. Click the link to pay for your order using Paypal (Paypal is a secure payment processor and you may use credit card, bank transfer or an existing PayPal account to pay, just like any other online store!) We have a simplified shipping and handling policy that balances security of your shipment and cost-effectiveness. Our handling policy is $1.50 flat rate no matter how big your order is. Our packages are carefully packed using brand-new packing material (if you prefer recycled packaging, please let us know in the "comments" of your order and we will honor the request, pending availability of recycled materials). Within the United States, we ship Priority Mail only by USPS postal zone. We are located in ZIP Code 11104 and zone is determined by distance from origin. We use actual USPS cost (check rates at www.usps.com). Outside the United States, we ship Airmail. Under 4 pounds we use Letter Post Airmail for cost-effectiveness; above 4 pounds, we must use Parcel Post Airmail. We use actual USPS cost (check rates at www.usps.com). Please note we will not alter our shipping policy. While other services are slightly cheaper (media mail, surface international), they are far less reliable and have resulted in lost packages. All orders are final. We only accept returns if (1) products are defective or unplayable or (2) in the case of an order error (we deliver items different from those you have ordered). In either of the previous cases, we will refund your return shipping to us and ship out replacement items at our cost. Important: for all returns, please email us first for return authorization (envstore *at* environrecords *dot* com). We will only accept returns that we have authorized via email and will supply our return address in the authorization. Environ LLC takes the privacy of its customers very seriously. We will only collect and use information to fulfill customer orders. We never send unsolicited e-mails to customers and we do not sell mailing lists or customer information to any other companies or individuals.
